HYROX combines both running & functional workouts to build strength, endurance and power. This class is perfect for both experienced athletes and newcomers alike. Whether you're aiming to improve yourself or preparing for a race, HYROX will help you get ready. We'll see you there!

How is it all going to work?

We will be adding specific HYROX training sessions to our timetable to give you some new and exciting workouts to try and to help you train for the HYROX event if that is something you would be interested in.

You might be asking yourself:
“Can I attend the HYROX training sessions without signing up for the event?”

Yes, you absolutely can. These training sessions are for everyone. They are a bonus class we want to give everybody access to.

HYROX Event if you chose to find a race:

The race starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement, which repeats 8 times, taking place in large indoor venues, creating a unique stadium-like atmosphere for all participants.
