  • 45 Minute Inbody Scan Analysis and Coaching Session 

  • 3-1/2 hour Personal Training Sessions

Nutritionist and Trainer Combo-NEW CLIENT SPECIAL

At the Y, we believe in taking care of the whole body. This package gives you the best of both worlds in personal training and a jumpstart to your nutrition goals!  

This package includes:  

  • ½ hour nutrition consultation with a Registered Dietician 

  • ½ hour follow up nutrition consultation 

  • ½ hour Personal Training Consultation 

  • 45 Minute Inbody Scan Analysis and Coaching Session 

  • 3- ½ hour Personal Training Sessions

Introducing The Inbody Scale

The scale alone is not your friend. Weight loss doesn’t always mean a victory and weight gain doesn’t mean you are not reaching your fitness goals. The Inbody scale measures your weight, but it also measures your body fat, water retention, muscle mass, and the distribution these measurements throughout your body. With goals on your mind you want to know exactly how your body is adapting to the hard work you are putting in in the kitchen and gym.  

Starter package includes:  

  • Easy non-invasive full body composition test with state of the art equipment. Measure Body fat, visceral fat, muscle mass, and water levels 

  • 45 Minute Health Coaching Appointment including scan analysis and a Behavioral Action Plan to reach your personal wellness goals 

  • Printed copy of results 

Age: 15+  

Cost: $35 

Maintenance Scans:  

Depending on your goals and what your Health Coach recommends you will want to repeat scans every 4-8 weeks to keep you on track.
