With our personalized training package, you'll receive comprehensive support tailored to your unique needs.  

This package includes: 

  • A 30-minute Personal Training Consultation: Your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation where we'll discuss your goals, assess your current fitness level, and design a customized plan to help you reach your aspirations. 

  • Inbody Scan Analysis and Coaching Session: Gain valuable insights into your body composition and receive expert guidance on how to optimize your results with a personalized coaching session focused on interpreting and applying your Inbody scan data. 

  • 3 – ½ hour Personal Training Sessions: Work closely with your dedicated Personal Trainer in three individualized sessions, where you'll receive hands-on instruction, guidance, and support to help you progress towards your goals effectively and safely.

Cost: $124 (up to three packages at this rate can be purchased at initial sign up) 


Nutrition Consultations

Eating right can seem like a challenge, but it doesn’t have to be. At the Y, our Registered Dietitian, Jake Barnett, can support your wellness journey with individual nutrition counseling and education. Whether you need help getting started with a sensible diet, want to lose weight, or are looking to build muscle, our team can help.

Nutritionist and Trainer Combo-NEW CLIENT SPECIAL

At the Y, we're committed to supporting your overall well-being by addressing both physical fitness and nutrition. Our comprehensive package combines personalized personal training with expert nutrition guidance to jumpstart your journey towards a healthier, happier you! 

This package includes: 

  • ½ hour nutrition consultation with Jake Barnett, our Registered Dietitian: Kick off your wellness journey with expert guidance on nutrition tailored to your goals and lifestyle. 

  • ½ hour Personal Training Consultation: Define your fitness objectives and create a customized workout plan with one of our experienced Personal Trainers. 

  • Inbody Scan Analysis and Coaching Session: Gain valuable insights into your body composition and receive expert coaching to optimize your nutrition and fitness regimen. 

  • 3 – ½ hour Personal Training Sessions: Receive personalized guidance and support from our trainers as you work towards your fitness goals, ensuring proper form and technique every step of the way.

Introducing The Inbody Scale


Your journey to a healthier you goes beyond just the number on the scale. Weight loss is just one part of the story, and weight gain doesn't necessarily mean failure in reaching your fitness goals. That's why we offer the InBody scale, providing a comprehensive view of your progress. 

Our InBody scale goes beyond measuring weight – it provides specific details like body fat percentage, water retention, muscle mass, and their distribution throughout your body. Understanding these metrics is essential for tracking your progress accurately and making informed decisions about your health and fitness journey. 

When you have your fitness goals in sight, it's important to understand exactly how your body is responding to your hard work in the kitchen and in the gym. 

With our Starter Package, you'll receive: 

  • An easy, non-invasive full-body composition test using state-of-the-art equipment, measuring body fat, visceral fat, muscle mass, and water levels. 

  • A 45-minute Health Coaching Appointment, which includes a thorough scan analysis and a personalized Behavioral Action Plan to help you reach your wellness goals. 

  • A printed copy of your detailed results.

Maintenance Scans

Depending on your goals and the recommendations of your Health Coach, you may want to consider repeating scans every 6-8 weeks to monitor your progress and keep you on track towards achieving your wellness goals. Regular scans allow you to track changes in your body composition over time, providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of your nutrition and exercise regimen. By staying proactive and monitoring your progress with regular scans, you can adjust your plan as needed and continue your journey to a healthier, stronger you.
