Train together, stay motivated, and achieve your fitness goals as a team! Our Small Group Training allows you to work out with your group of 2-4 clients, guided by a certified personal trainer. This program takes place in our state-of-the-art Training Zone, designed specifically for group workouts, and features our brand-new elite equipment. At the Y, we understand that no two fitness journeys are alike. That’s why our Personal Programming Packages are designed to offer you personalized support, no matter where you are on your path to better health.

Perfect for those who feel confident performing exercises on their own but still want the expertise of a trainer, our packages provide customized workout plans without the need for one-on-one training sessions. Each package begins with a one-on-one consultation to assess your goals and design a program tailored to your fitness needs. Afterward, you'll receive weekly workouts via email to keep you progressing towards your goals over a 4, 6, or 8-week period.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve endurance, or adopt healthier habits, our trainers will guide you with programs designed for your success.

Nutrition Consultations

Eating right can seem like a challenge, but it doesn’t have to be. At the Y, our Registered Dietitian, Jake Barnett, can support your wellness journey with individual nutrition counseling and education. Whether you need help getting started with a sensible diet, want to lose weight, or are looking to build muscle, our team can help.

The Inbody Scan & Consult

THE INBODY SCALE  

Your journey to a healthier you goes beyond just the number on the scale. Weight loss is just one part of the story, and weight gain doesn't necessarily mean failure in reaching your fitness goals. Our InBody scale provides a detailed view of your progress. It not only measures your weight but also gives us specific details like body fat, water retention, muscle mass, and their distribution throughout your body.

When you have your fitness goals in sight, it's important to understand exactly how your body is responding to your hard work in the kitchen and in the gym. 
 

With our Starter Package, you'll receive: 

  • An easy, non-invasive full-body composition test using state-of-the-art equipment, measuring body fat, visceral fat, muscle mass, and water levels. 

  • A 45-minute Health Coaching Appointment, which includes a thorough scan analysis and a personalized Behavioral Action Plan to help you reach your wellness goals. 

  • A printed copy of your detailed results.
