Active Kids and Strong Teens

The Billings Family YMCA offers a variety of youth fitness classes that encourage kids to stay active, improve focus and coordination, and build new relationships while having fun!

Youth between the ages of 10-11 are welcome on the fitness floor after completing a fitness orientation with Y staff. They must be accompanied by an adult 18+ at all times until they are 12 years old. Ages 12-17 are strongly recommended to complete an orientation. Age 9 and under are not allowed on equipment.

Family Fitness Center (Ages:0+)

We designed this space so your family could workout together. Ages 0 +

 

Baby and Me Strength + Movement (Ages:2 and under)

An inclusive strength and movement class for parents with children ages 2 and under.

Junior Training Zone (Ages:9-11)

Designed for youth ages 9-11 and led by a certified trainer to create an environment to thrive in! 

 

Teens That Lift-Strength Training Program (Ages:12-17 years)

Designed for teens ages 12-17 to teach proper lifting techniques.

 
 

Teen Open Lift (Ages:14-17)
