Youth Fitness Orientations

At the Y, we’re committed to helping youth build strong, healthy foundations. Youth ages 9–17 are encouraged to participate in a FREE orientation session focused on learning how to safely and effectively use our strength and cardio equipment, including proper form, machine setup, and technique.


During this session, participants gain hands-on instruction and confidence in the fitness space while learning safe training habits that support long-term success. We also encourage youth to explore our teen lifting and youth conditioning opportunities to continue building strength and skills.
