NFL Flag Football

Sign up for our semi-competitive flag football league! Your child will learn how to play the sport and prep for contact football with the only semi-contact flag football league in Billings. They will improve their game in a safe environment, and most importantly- HAVE FUN! Each player receives an NFL football jersey! REGISTER Early to save!! Grades K-7th!

Register by August 20th to avoid a $20 late fee. No registrations are accepted after August 27.

All youth sports communications will be issued via YGAMETIME.  Financial assistance is available for families who qualify.

PRACTICE

The first three weeks of practices will be two practices a week (Tuesday and Thursday for Gorham Park, Rocky Mountain College, and Heights, Lockwood TBD)-starts March 14.

                        Gorham Park - Tuesdays, 6:00-7:00 pm

                        Rocky Mountain College - Tuesdays, 6:00-7:00 pm

                        Castle Rock Park - Thursdays, 6:00-7:00 pm

                        Lockwood – TBD

                        County practices can be set up with the volunteering of a coach (Shepherd, Huntley,   Laurel, Park City or Columbus are all county areas we have had teams in the past.

SKILLS PRACTICE/ COACHES CLINIC

The skills practice will be run as a 90-minute practice. This will allow us to better evaluate the skills of each athlete. Also, we will be putting on a coaching clinic during this skill practice. This will be available for all parents who wish to coach or help coach but do not feel like they have enough experience. We will show you how to set up and run a practice. We will also have handouts that will include a playbook, the rules, and a practice idea packet.

COACHES MEETING

We will have training for any new coaches at the coach’s meeting. If you are thinking about coaching this year we will be handing out and going over a new coaching packet that we have put together. This will cover everything from a playbook to how to set up and run a practice.

FIRST THREE WEEKS OF PRACTICES

We will have extra practices for the first three weeks of practices before the season starts. We will have two practices a week for these first three weeks. To help prepare for the season and give the teams time to learn plays and get ready for the season. So the Heights and West End will practice Tuesday and Thursday for the first three weeks. Lockwood will get two practices a week for the first three weeks. Some of them may be at Castle Rock Park during this time.  
 

GAMES

Games start Saturday, September 14
Games at: Castle Rock Park (Heights location) & Gorham Park (West End location)

Games will be in 7x7 format (with three-person line play on both offense and defense)
