Designed for teens ages 12-15 and 16-18, our Student That Lift program teaches proper lifting techniques in a fun and supportive group environment. Led by a certified personal trainer with an extensive sports background, this 4-week program focuses on building strength, confidence, and camaraderie among participants.
For only $10*, teens will receive expert guidance in a safe setting, learning the foundations of strength training to set them up for long-term success. If their family qualifies for a scholarship membership, the program is free! Please note that each participant may only sign up for one session and is not eligible to repeat the program after completing it.
