Nutrition at the Y

The Billings Family YMCA offers nutrition classes and consultations throughout the year that are designed to help keep you motivated and educate you about proper nutrition every step of the way on your health & wellness journey.  Our classes are led by trained Y staff and a Registered Dietitian. Classes are open to Y members and the community.
