 YMCA Offsite Afterschool will have all the fun and activities as we have at the YMCA. These students will not be bussed into the Y at this time.

Offsite Afterschool care is available for Beartooth Elementary.  YMCA Offsite Afterschool will have all the fun and activities as we have at the YMCA. 

These students will not be bussed into the Y at this time. 

$30 non-refundable registration fee is applied for each child.

AGES: K-6th Grade
 

DATES: Sept 3, 2024 – June 6, 2025 (For schools who start before August 23 this program will not be available until September 3 due to summer camp still going on at the YMCA.)

BEARTOOTH ELEMENTARY

Offsite Afterschool Care:

Members: $330/month

Community: $442/month

This program will be onsite at Beartooth. Bench and Bitterroot students will be bussed.

Offsite Afterschool Schools Out Care 

(This care is for offsite Afterschool participants only)

  • Full day care for No School days based on the School District #2 school calendar
  • Care available only for children enrolled in YMCA Afterschool Program 
  • Students are required to bring lunch & swimming suit
  • Care on schools out care days will be held 7:00 am-6:00 pm
  • Registration required 
    • Must register at least 5 days prior to care
  • Transportation may not be available for schools that do not follow School District #2 calendar
  • Cost
    • Members $40/day
    • Community $55/day

Remind App:
Remind is a free text messaging app that helps us communicate with parents quickly and efficiently.  We use this app to notify parents/guardians of any schedule changes. Parents can easily send a message to our Youth Development Director and receive responses promptly.  

To sign up for Remind please text the corresponding code @yaftersc to 81010 to receive notifications for the afterschool location your child is registered for.
