By completing and signing the Membership Hold Form below you are acknowledging the following: while my membership is on hold, I will be charged $10.00 per month for a period of no more than 90 days. I understand that after my membership hold period expires, my membership will be reactivated and my bank draft will return to my normal membership fees. I understand that on hold memberships are not eligible for the member benefits afforded to those who are paying the full stated rates, including but not limited to: access to the Billings Family YMCA, member pricing for programs and services, etc.
