Youth Fitness Orientations
We believe in creating strong healthy foundations for our youth!
The Billings Family YMCA offers a variety of youth fitness classes that encourage kids to stay active, improve focus and coordination, build new relationships while having fun!
Youth between the ages of 8-11 are welcome on the fitness floor after completing a fitness orientation with Y staff. They must be accompanied by an adult 18+ at all times until they are 12 years old.

Each of these 45-minute classes help your child to understand yoga in a mindful yet fun way.
Summer fitness program designed for kids between the ages of 7-13.

The Kids' Fitness Center is designated for youth of all ages.
