Mind Body & Soul

Our Mind Body & Soul classes are led by trained Y instructors and will be sure to strengthen your core muscles, concentrate on balance, flexibility, relaxation and breathing while keeping you motivated to meet your fitness goals.

Pilates

Focus on core postural muscles which are essential to providing support for the spine. Exercises are done to help balance, flexibility and spine alignment.

NIA

A fun, low-impact aerobic workout, combining simple dance moves, martial and healing arts, cardio conditioning, stress relief, and joint mobility to increase strength and energy.

Yoga

A holistic form of exercise and mental discipline that restores health and peace of mind; relaxation and breathing techniques enable you to release tension and increase flexibility.

Mat Fusion

This class focuses on mat and core work with many of the traditional Pilates moves that you are used to combined with a great infusion of Barre.

Hard Core Pilates

Combines elements of modern exercise science and physical fitness regimens into a traditional pilates setting; reshape the entire body while gaining strength and toning.

Yoga Fusion

A full body workout that will improve your strength, flexibility and core strength; the class incorporates Vanyasa flow movements and ends with Savasana.

Barre Above

Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape.

Oula One

This is a heart rate based, musically-inspired yoga dance fusion class. This 55-minute class is done barefoot on a mat, with no jumping or impact, making it accessible to nearly everyone.

Barre Fight

Barre Fight is the perfect combination of cardio and strength training! You can feel fierce with 30 min of kickboxing and get chiseled with 30 minutes of barre.

Kids Yoga

Each of these 45-minute classes help your child to understand yoga in a mindful yet fun way. We build each class around a unique theme such as compassion, positive mindsets, comfort zones or even patience. We begin class with breathwork and a share-circle to connect with the other kids we will be sharing space with. We do an asana (yoga pose) based warm up to wake up our spines and get us energized! Then we get to play two different yoga games - one that creates body awareness, and the other will either be focused on the mind or our breath. After our games it's time to cool, savasana and enjoy a mini meditation. To close class, we join in our final share-circle and share one thing we learned about our yoga theme that day. Then it's time for Namaste until next time! We hope to see you there!

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga challenges us to sit with the stillness. Both challenging and peaceful. Through a series of timed poses we go to our personal edge, nourish the body with breath, release toxins in the muscles and get to the deeper layers of connective tissue

Extended Savasana & Breathwork

Breathwork is just working with the breath; taking conscious control over the breath to bring balance to our lives. Take time for yourself in this session, finding relaxation and clarity as you shift your energetic state.
