Every new member will receive a FREE introductory training session to kickstart their fitness journey at the Y. During this session, you'll receive personalized instruction on how to use our cardio and strength workout machines and gain valuable insights on how to reach your health and fitness goals. We strongly encourage all new members to take advantage of this opportunity and schedule a fitness orientation with our dedicated fitness team.
