Members will receive a FREE introductory training session to kickstart their fitness journey at the Y. During this session, you'll receive personalized instruction on how to use our cardio and strength workout machines and gain valuable insights on how to reach your health and fitness goals. We strongly encourage all new members to take advantage of this opportunity and schedule a fitness orientation with our dedicated fitness team.

We are offering you a comprehensive program spread over two weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays. These sessions will provide you with the foundational knowledge and guidance you need to utilize our strength machines safely and effe
But that’s not all! Following the classes, you will receive two additional weeks of personalized printed workouts consisting of two different routines, each focusing on utilizing the machines effectively to maximize your results.
Please note: Due to the high demand and to ensure everyone gets the opportunity to benefit, members are limited to one session per calendar year.
