ORIENTATION
Our four-week program is designed to help you get comfortable with our strength machines while following a structured, guided workout plan.
Start with a one-time orientation, where we’ll walk you through machine setup, safety tips, and best practices to set you up for success. After your orientation, you’ll have access to two programmed workouts per week through our fitness app, allowing you to complete them at your own pace.
Jump in anytime - once you complete your orientation, you can start your workouts right away!
