Strength 

Our Strength classes are led by trained Y instructors and will be sure to get your heartrate up and build strength while keeping you motivated to meet your fitness goals.

Group Power

This class will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls, with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best.

Power Hour

A dedicated total body workout that incorporates body weight training, resistance training, core-work, balance and flexibility training in a non-stop results oriented sequence.

Muscle Momentum

A dedicated total body training that incorporates body weight training, resistance training, core-work, balance and flexibility training in a non-stop results-oriented sequence.

Full Body Strength

Muscle conditioning using various equipment such as bands, dumbbells, and plated barbells to tone, strengthen, sculpt, and increase endurance in all of your muscles.

 

Core

Medicine balls, stability equipment and your own body weight are used to build core strength and endurance.

Boot Camp

This is a high intensity, military style workout class. It will incorporate cardio and strength training. This class routine will vary from obstacle courses to circuit training. This class can be modified for all fitness levels
