If you would like to cancel your YMCA Membership please complete the following webform and press submit.  Our Membership team will process your request upon receiving the completed form.  Please note all cancellation requests must be submitted no later than THREE DAYS before your draft date. Failure to follow this policy will result in that month's EFT being non-refundable.
