Women's Self Defense Class Series
Build confidence, awareness, and practical self-defense skills in this empowering Women’s Self-Defense Series at the YMCA.
Led by YMCA member Pam Resner, a 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, these classes focus on real-world techniques designed to help women feel more prepared, aware, and confident in everyday situations.
Participants can attend one class or all six. Each class builds upon the previous session while still offering valuable skills on its own.

$10 per class
Participants must register for each class separately

• Open to YMCA members and non-members
• Maximum of 50 participants per class
• Non-members must bring a valid ID and create a YMCA account to register
• Scholarships and discounts do not apply to this program
