Build confidence, awareness, and practical self-defense skills in this empowering Women’s Self-Defense Series at the YMCA.

Led by YMCA member Pam Resner, a 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, these classes focus on real-world techniques designed to help women feel more prepared, aware, and confident in everyday situations.

Participants can attend one class or all six. Each class offers something new!

Cost:
$10 per class
Participants must register for each class separately

• Open to YMCA members and non-members
Maximum of 50 participants per class
Non-members must bring a valid ID and create a YMCA account to register
• Scholarships and discounts do not apply to this program
