ABLE: Arthritis, Balance and Life Long Exercise is a renowned 16-week community-based program designed for fitness and arthritis management. Our comprehensive classes run for 60 minutes, three times a week, providing participants with a structured regimen to support their health and well-being.

Led by experienced instructors, our low-impact exercise classes are specifically tailored to be safe and effective for individuals managing arthritis. By focusing on gentle movements and targeted exercises, ABLE aims to help reduce arthritis symptoms and improve overall quality of life.
