Junior Training Zone is designed for kids ages 9–11 to introduce safe, age-appropriate strength and movement training in a fun, supportive environment. Led by a certified trainer, this program focuses on coordination, body awareness, and building a strong foundation for future fitness.
Participants learn proper movement patterns and safe exercise habits through engaging, structured sessions. It’s a great way for kids to build confidence, stay active, and develop healthy lifelong habits.
