EGL Program Information
Ages: 12+ students must be in middle school
Session is 13 weeks (January 19-May 18)
Classes limited to 25 students per school
Cost: $10 for the season, which comes with a free youth membership for the duration of the program. This fee may be waived for students on a YMCA Scholarship.

Games: FC25, Madden 25, NBA 2k25, Rocket League, Mario Kart 8, Super Smash Bros, MLB The Show.
STEAM Courses: Game Programming, Game Science, Game Writing, Game Production, Game Artistry, Cloud Engineering, Sound Design, Cybersecurity, Game Design, Artificial Intelligence.
Transportation: The YMCA will provide transportation (busing) from Medicine Crow, Castle Rock, Lewis and Clark, and Riverside Middle Schools. Ben Steele and Will James' parents will need to bring their children to the program on the days that they are signed up for.
PARENTS MUST PICK THE STUDENTS UP FROM THE YMCA PRIOR TO CLOSE AT 9 P.M.
EGL Program Days
Students attend the program until 5:30 pm under staff supervision. After class, they may stay for free time. Pick-up required before the Y closes at 9 pm.
Free Time Days
When not in EGL class, students check in at the Y and are not under direct staff supervision and not required to stay at the Y. They may use the gyms, pools, fitness areas, or study/socialize with peers. Pick-up required before 9 pm.
