YMCA Triathlon

You will have one month to complete the swim, bike, and run (in any order) with the corresponding mileages. Events may be completed either inside or outside. To qualify for the jacket, you must start on October 5th. Swimming, biking, & running. The quicker you finish, the better the prize!

All log forms will be located in the app upon registration.

YMCA Triathlon Distances

  • Swim- 2.4 miles
  • Biking - 112 miles
  • Running - 26.2 miles
    • 1 mile = 33 laps (lap = down & back)
    • 2.4 miles = 80 laps
    • Water Fitness Class Substitutions
      • Must attend 4 of any water x classes
      • If you are unable to complete the swim portion of the Triathlon due to the limited pool hours, please contact Health & Wellness Director Kassia at 294-1624 and we will provide you alternative exercises.
