Commit To Lift-Your Introduction to Strength Training

Ready to build strength, confidence, and consistency in the gym?

Our 6-week Commit to Lift program is designed for those new to lifting or anyone looking to solidify their foundational barbell and strength-training skills. Led by a certified trainer, this program focuses specifically on proper lifting mechanics, progressive strength development, and building muscle in a structured weight room environment.

During the first two weeks, you’ll meet with your trainer twice per week for guided, hands-on coaching to master foundational lifts and movement patterns. Beginning in week 3, you’ll continue training together once per week, with your second weekly workout delivered through our fitness app so you can build independence while staying on track.

If your goal is to get stronger, improve lifting technique, and feel confident progressing in the weight room, Commit to Lift provides the structure, support, and accountability to help you succeed.
