Low impact water fitness classes that provide mixture of aerobic intervals, strength training and full body toning.

Water Fitness 

Our Water Fitness classes are led by trained Y instructors and will be sure to get your heartrate up and build strength while keeping you motivated to meet your fitness goals.

Deep Water Fitness

A challenging workout in deep water that includes a mixture of aerobic intervals and muscle conditioning to strengthen the entire body. Working against the resistance of the water, participants will notice improvements in core strength, flexibility and overall health. Buoyancy equipment is provided.

Masters Swimming

This is a high intensity hour of lap swimming, run by members.

Shallow Water Fitness

Great cardio mixed with balance, core and muscle building segments. This is a low-impact workout, while maintaining high intensity. Different resistance equipment such as noodles, dumb bells and kickboards may be used during class.

Water Wellness

This class uses a variety of exercises including stretching, intervals and balance to raise the heart rate for an optimal workout.

Aqua Fit

A great cardiovascular workout in deep water. It offers plenty of modifications to increase or decrease the difficulty of the moves. This class will enhance your muscular strength, endurance and flexibility all in one workout. This is a great class for any fitness level.
