The strongest women build each other up. A female staff will help you feel confident using equipment in our free weight room while improving your strength and perfecting your form.

LesMills BodyPump is the Original Barbell Class, the ideal workout for anyone who is looking to get lean, toned and fit-fast. Each class is about a hour.

Specialized Stretching Classes
We now offer a variety of specialized stretching classes designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're looking to enhance flexibility, recover from workouts, or relieve tension, our guided sessions provide the perfect blend of stretch and recovery. Our coaches are NASM Certified Stretch & Flexibility Coaches. If you cannot make a class or are looking for a more personalized option, we also offer 1-on-1 sessions you can register for below!


Stretch & Release: Upper Body (Taught by Tania Mondays 10:05 a.m.)
A 10-person class focusing on stretching the shoulders, chest, arms, and back. This session enhances flexibility, relieves tension, and improves mobility for better posture and overall upper body function. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Stretch & Release: Lower Body for Athletes (Taught by Carrie Mondays 1:05 p.m.)
A guided 10-person class where stretching focuses on the hips, quads, hamstrings, and calves, tailored to the needs and desires of the group each session. Enhance flexibility, reduce soreness, and improve recovery for peak performance.

Stretch & Release: Lower Body (Taught by Tania Wednesday 10:05 a.m.)
A 10-person class designed to target the hips, quads, hamstrings, and calves. Improve flexibility, ease tension, and enhance mobility for optimal lower body function. Ideal for all fitness levels and recovery needs.

Stretch & Release: Neck & Shoulders (Taught by Melanie Wednesdays 5:30 p.m.)
A focused 10-person class to relieve tension in the neck and shoulders. Gentle stretches and mindful movements enhance mobility, ease stiffness, and promote relaxation. Perfect for stress relief and better posture.

Stretch & Release: Hamstrings & Low Back (Taught by Melanie Thursdays 6:15 p.m.)
A focused 10-person class designed to release tension in the hamstrings and lower back. With deep stretches and controlled movements, this session enhances flexibility, mobility, and overall relaxation.
