Ready to build strength, confidence, and consistency in the gym? Our 6-week Commit to Lift program is designed for those new to lifting or looking to solidify their foundational skills. Led by a certified trainer, this program will help you master proper lifting techniques, build muscle, and set you on the path to long-term fitness success.
For the first two weeks, you’ll meet with your trainer every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00-6:45 pm for guided, hands-on instruction. Starting in week 3, you’ll continue training with the group every Monday while your second weekly workout will be individually programmed by your trainer, allowing you to complete it on your own time.
