Ready to improve your overall fitness, strength, and confidence in the gym?

Our 6-week Commit to Be Fit program is designed for beginners or anyone looking to build a well-rounded fitness foundation. Led by a certified trainer, this program incorporates free weights, sectorized machines, and functional movements to improve strength, endurance, and overall conditioning.

For the first two weeks, you’ll meet with your trainer twice per week for guided, hands-on instruction to learn proper form and safe equipment use. Beginning in week 3, you’ll continue training together once per week, with your second weekly workout delivered through our fitness app so you can progress at your own pace while staying accountable.

If you’re looking for a balanced approach that builds strength, boosts cardiovascular fitness, and helps you feel comfortable using a variety of gym equipment, Commit to Be Fit offers the support and structure to set you up for long-term success.

Please note: Due to high demand and to ensure everyone gets the opportunity to benefit, members are limited to one session per calendar year.
