Commit To Be Fit

Join our complimentary 6-week program, where we cover the essential components of health and fitness. Led by our trained instructors, you'll start with introductory exercises designed to boost your confidence. 

As the program progresses, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of group fitness classes and instructor-led workouts using various tools in our Y, all within a supportive small group setting. This approach aims to empower you and build your confidence in trying different exercises and fitness options. Modifications will be given if needed to ensure everyone can participate comfortably. 

The main goal of the program is to give you the tools and resources to find something you love and stick to it! To receive the most benefit from the program, participants are required to participate in two 45-minute classes per week. For non-members who complete this program, there's an added bonus: no joiner's fee when they join the Y! 

Please note: Due to high demand and to ensure everyone gets the opportunity to benefit, members are limited to one session per calendar year.
