ECONOMIC IMPACT
YMCAs are often the first employer of young people. We also offer adults the opportunity to supplement their income while exercising. Our employees have a significant impact on the economies of our communities.

VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT AND COLLABORATIONS
The Y recognizes the importance of working together to create lasting social and personal change. We have the community's trust to convene, partner and support community collaborations with schools, government agencies, faith-based organizations, businesses, and others. We run Active 6 programs for 6th grade students to be active and learn about healthy lifestyles; diabetes prevention education; tobacco-free Montana; You Got Served teaching youth the value of college education and community service; Special Olympics; YWCA; Early Childhood Development; Department of Health & Human Services and many others.
