Our Cardio classes are led by trained Y instructors and will be sure to get your heartrate up  and build strength while keeping you motivated to meet your fitness goals.

Cycling

Great for all fitness levels, our stationary bikes simulate outdoor road racing as you control the resistance while featuring high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting training, and motivational music.

OULA Fitness combines the depth and soulfulness of a mind-body practice with the carefree playfulness of a living room dance party.

Zumba®

High energy and motivating music combine with unique moves; the class utilizes the principles of fitness interval and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.

Boot Camp

This is a high intensity, military style workout class. It will incorporate cardio and strength training. This class routine will vary from obstacle courses to circuit training. This class can be modified for all fitness levels.
