This 6-week program is designed to provide you with everything you need to learn how to lift weights and get stronger.

Ready to build strength, confidence, and consistency in the gym? Our 6-week Commit to Lift program is designed for those new to lifting or looking to solidify their foundational skills. Led by a certified trainer, this program will help you master proper lifting techniques, build muscle, and set you on the path to long-term fitness success.

For the first two weeks, you’ll meet with your trainer twice a week for guided, hands-on instruction. Starting in week 3, you’ll continue training with the group once a week while your second weekly workout will be through our fitness app, allowing you to complete at your own pace!

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level, Commit to Lift will give you the support, structure, and accountability you need to reach your goals.

If your family qualifies for a scholarship membership, the program is free! Please note that each participant may only sign up for one session and is not eligible to repeat the program after completing it.
