ARE YOU READY TO SHRED AND SHED? This is a 6 week challenge geared toward lean body mass and building body tone. It will include daily workout challenges with extra calisthenics and exercises for extra definition! With weekly meetings and a nutrition component, you’ll see the difference! The end goal will be to progress everyone to feel more confident as we head into swimsuit season!
