HEALTHY EATING EVERY DAY

This 16 week class will teach how to make healthy eating choices and overcome barriers that keep you from eating right. Healthy Eating Every Day offers a step-by-step, sustainable, behavior-changing approach to eating for improved health. Participants will receive a Healthy Eating Every Day book and learning materials, healthy snacks and prizes to help keep them accountable. Upon completion, all participants receive $25 YMCA gift certificate!  Non-members will also receive a waived joiners fee!
