Group Exercise classes are free to members unless otherwise noted!

AQUA BARRE Influenced by ballet, Pilates, and yoga, Aqua Barre is adapted to be a unique, challenging and effective class in water.  Experience familiar exercises while learning new moves for a full body cardio and strength workout.

Class is held in the Shallow end of the McDonald Family Deep Pool

M/W/F 1pm-1:45pm with Cindy and Friday 6:20pm-7:05pm with Danyela

AQUA FUSION  Wet Barre Fusion blends customary ballet moves with traditional water aerobics. Fast paced aerobic and strength intervals.  Incorporating strength moves with great posture to build solid muscles while integrating ballet, leg and core exercises.  Join us for this new upbeat and fun water exercise class!

M/W/F 7am-7:45am with Prudy

HIIT High-Intensity Interval Training alternates short, high-intensity intervals of cardio exercise with longer, lower slower intervals (including muscle conditioning moves) to recover.

Class is held in the Flanagan Gym

Tuesday 10:15am with Lyndsay

POUND® Channel your inner rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique-all while rocking out to your favorite music!

NIA A fun, low-impact aerobic workout, combining simple dance moves, martial and healing arts, cardio conditioning, stress relief, and joint mobility to increased strength and energy.

Friday 5:30pm with Sheri

ZUMBA® High energy and motivating music combine with unique moves; the class utilizes the principals of fitness interval and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.
