AB-SOLUTION– Medicine balls, stability equipment and your own body weight are used to build core strength and endurance.

GROUP POWER– This class will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls, with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best.

MUSCLE EVOLUTION– A dedicated total body training that incorporates body weight training, resistance training, core-work, balance and flexibility training in a non-stop results-oriented sequence.

POWER PUMP– Muscle conditioning using various equipment such as bands, dumbbells, and plated barbells to tone, strengthen, sculpt, and increase endurance in all of your muscles.

STABILITY BALL– Improve your balance, strengthen your core, and get a full body, low impact workout. This class includes cardio, strength training, upper and lower body workouts.
