BOOT CAMP- A high intensity, military style workout class incorporating cardio and strength training; routines vary from obstacle courses to circuit training. Participants progress at their own level.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS– Welcome beginners and friends over 40! Learn body mechanics to improve daily function using a variety of resistance tools, light cardio workout and a rejuvenating stretch.
INSANITY®– Packed with cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No equipment or weights are needed.
INTERVAL BODY BLAST– Interval Training can supercharge your fitness routine, boost your metabolism, burn calories and build strength. This class mixes high intensity bursts of exercise with moderate intensity recovery periods and with strength training.
KETTLEBELLS-This is a unique format of training that incorporates weight training exercises, along with ballistic training. There is high, fast repetitions in only 30 minutes.
MILITARY BOOTCAMP– This group class is taught to give you all the skills, strength, and endurance you need to be ready for basic training!
MOVING ON (!)- This is designed for those who have completed Fitness 101, LIVESTRONG, DPP or EnhanceFitness session. If you are ready for the next step in strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training, this class is for you!
PIYO™ STRENGTH– A unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility, the moves fit perfectly together filled with intense choreography, challenging and invigorating.
POUND®– Channel your inner rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique-all while rocking out to your favorite music!
