Senior Fitness Classes

CHAIR PILATES & STRETCH (B)-This class incorporates the use of chairs, dumbbells and bands to increase strength while working out the heart to gain endurance and flexibility.

ENHANCE FITNESS® (*) (B)-An evidence-based group exercise program that helps older adults at all levels of fitness become more active, energized, and empowered to sustain independent lives. Proven to help manage arthritic pain. Registration required.

ROCK, SCULPT, & STRETCH (B)– Welcome beginners and friends over 40! Enjoy a low impact POUND class to get your heart rate up and work on your coordination. Then finish out the class with some resistance training and a rejuvenating stretch.

SILVER FITNESS (B)-A low-impact workout designed for active older adults that incorporates strength training, cardio and stretching.

ZUMBA® GOLD (B)-This class takes the Zumba formula and modifies the move and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participants, as well as those just starting their fitness journey.
