This free 7-week program covers the basic components of health and fitness. Our trained instructors orient participants on introductory exercises to help you feel confident. In the final weeks of the session, enjoy different Group Exercise Classes as a small group to leave you feeling empowered to take on any fitness regimen. The main goal of the program is to give you the tools and resources to find something you love and stick to it! To receive the most benefit from the program, participants are required to participate in two 45-minute classes per week. After successful completion of this program, we encourage participants to continue a life-long commitment to health and fitness as a member of the Billings Family YMCA!
