Family Meal Prep

Welcome to our simple solutions to help you and your family with your Nutrition needs! Come to our seminar to learn about meal preparation for the family. We will go over portion sizes, lunches and snacks to help get everyone through the day and still keep your sanity. Bring the entire family and
prepare some healthy snacks together!

HEALTHY EATING EVERY DAY

This 16 week class will teach how to make healthy eating choices and overcome barriers that keep you from eating right. Healthy Eating Every Day offers a step-by-step, sustainable, behavior-changing approach to eating for improved health. Non-members receive access to our facility, a waived initiation upon completion, and every participant receives, HEED book and learning materials, accountability, prizes, healthy snacks, and a $25 YMCA gift certificate upon completion!
