This free 7-week program is for non-members and new members!
This program covers the basic components of health and fitness with a focus on promoting a long-term active lifestyle. Our trained instructors will orient participants on introductory exercises and use of the Fitness Floor and Cardio Room. In the final weeks of the session, you will try out different Group Exercise Classes as a small group.
To receive the most benefit from the program, participants are required to participate in two 45-minute classes per week. After successful completion the program, we encourage participants to continue a life-long commitment to health and fitness as a member of the Y! To help get you started, we waive the joiner’s fee for non-members!
COST: FREE to members and non-members
