Fitness 101

This free 7-week program is for new members and non-members!

This program covers the basic components of health and fitness with a focus on promoting a long-term active lifestyle. Our trained instructors orient participants on introductory exercises, the use of the Fitness Floor and the
Cardio Room. In the final weeks of the session enjoy different Group Exercise Classes as a small group. To receive the most benefit from the program,
participants are required to participate in two 45-minute classes per week. After successful completion of this program, we encourage participants to continue a life-long commitment to health and fitness as a member of the Billings Family YMCA! To help get you started, we waive the joiner’s fee for non-members upon completion!
AGE: 12 +
COST: Free to members and non-members
DATES: New classes start at the beginning of every month.
DAY & TIMES: June T/TH 9am-9:45am;
July T/TH 5:30pm-6:15pm;
Aug M/W 9am-9:45am
