Volunteer Coaches Needed!
Do you love sports? Do you enjoy teaching kids how to play and work together? Have you always wanted to coach, but were a little nervous to get out there and run a practice? Or maybe you have some knowledge of the game, but aren’t ready to take over the professional ranks. Well, Youth Sports is the place for you to begin your coaching career!

Our Youth Sports programs need volunteer coaches in order to make the program a success. What do we ask of you? The answer is simple: Complete the heads up concussion training We ask that you attend the coaches’ meeting prior and volunteer your time during the season.

The youth in our community need strong role models and leaders to help teach them the fundamentals of sports while incorporating the four Core Values of the YMCA (Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility).

What better way to make a difference in a child’s life than to teach them teamwork in a fun, semi-competitive environment? For more information on volunteer coaching, please contact our youth sports coordinator, Paul Meseberg, 406-294-1625 or our volunteer coordinator, Kim Gottwals, 406-294-1623.

Youth Sports: The YMCA Youth Sports Program helps children become not only better players, but better people as well. It's a progressive program, with multiple age-specific levels. Every child gets to play. The games are safe, exciting and fun. We encourage fair play, positive competition and family involvement. Your child will learn the fundamentals in their chosen sport, as well as the value of teamwork and sportsmanship. If you would like more information please contact Chris Watts, Sports Director at 406-294-1630 or Paul Meseberg, Youth Sports Coordinator at 406-294-1625.

County Sports: County Sports allow us to give surrounding communities the opportunity for children to participate in youth and family sports they enjoy with the convenience of the program being closer to home. If you would like more information please contact Chris Watts, Sports Director at 406-294-1630.

If you are interested in volunteering for County Sports please contact Chris Watts at 406-294-1630.

Tiny Tot Sports: Tiny Tot Sports are activities designed for children ages 3 and 4 along with their parents. Children will learn fundamentals of the sport, teamwork and sportsmanship.
