One–on–One Orientation: A trained Wellness Staff Member will take you through a personalized 30 minute orientation to the Express Workout equipment, the Cardiovascular equipment, or the strength equipment. Please call 406.248.1685 to schedule your Orientation.

Fitness 101 Classes: Trained YMCA instructors lead small groups through four different basic group exercise formats to orient new participants to our Group Exercise offerings. Including: Basic Cardio Classes, Basic Upper Body and Lower Body Strength Training, and Basic Walking Programs.
