Trunk or Treat

Join us for the 2nd Annual YMCA Community Trunk or Treat. We want to invite community organizations, businesses, members and staff to take part in this event. If you know friends, family or a community business that would like to be a vendor and decorate their vehicle please have them register at the front desk of the Y.

Date: Friday Oct 24, 2025
Time: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.                                                                                                                                   
Cost: Free to both vendors and participants

What is this?  

You simply decorate your vehicles trunk (kid friendly) and hand out tricks to treaters (candy or oriental trading items are great!). Choose your own theme and costumes welcome!  

What is a vendor?

These are folks who are willing to decorate their vehicle trunks and provide goodies to our community kids.

When will this take place?  

Friday Oct 24, 4pm to 7pm. Set up space between 3-3:30pm. The event starts at 4pm. Upon arrival you will be directed as to where to park your vehicle.   

Where?:    

Transwestern parking lot located at the corner of 32nd & 6th. North corner across the street from YMCA member parking.  

How do I signup if I want to be a vendor?

We are asking for a quick registration sheet to be filled out which you can find at the front membership desk or email sherzog@billingsymca.org. Membership staff these forms will go to Shawna Herzog, to track. Registrations will be used to assign parking lot spots and track participants. This event is free.
