First Step classes are FREE for New and Existing Members.
This FREE orientation is great for those who need that extra motivation to take that First Step!
The First Step program is a 4-week program designed to help participants Get Started in fitness and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Participants are required to participate in two classes per week which are 55 minutes long. We need to have a minimum of 5 participants to run a class; class times are subject to change.
Classes are for New and Existing members. This offer is FREE for all members 10 yrs. and older. We also offer group exercise classes for members to support the ongoing challenge of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
